Is Plywood Strong?One of the most common misconceptions about plywood is that it’s of poorer or weaker quality just because it’s more affordable. This couldn’t be further from the truth! If you’re after something that is sturdy, any of our thicker options can be relied on without a second thought. There’s no way you can call a monster 40mm sheet of Plywood weak!

Is Plywood Sustainable? Is Plywood Environmentally Friendly?Yes! All of Baifar plywood products are sourced from sustainable plantations around the globe. In Vietnam now, the most sustainable and environmentally friendly product we offer is Acacia plywood.

Who Uses Plywood?A better question would be “who doesn’t use plywood?” — absolutely anyone and everyone uses it! Whether it’s high profile architects, tradies, DIY warriors, or arts and crafts hobbyists, you’ll be hard pressed to find somebody who can’t find a use for plywood. One its greatest strengths is that it is so versatile and can be applied in an astounding amount of ways.

Is Plywood Toxic?No. Baifar ensures that all of the materials used in our manufacturing process, such as the glue, are non-toxic

How thick is the plywood?The thickness of the plywood varies depending on what pieces are being used. If plywood is being used as a support, it needs to be thicker and stiffer than if it were being used as veneer. Conventional plywood thickness can vary from an eight-inch to as much as a quarter of an inch. Specialized plywood grades can come in more varieties when it comes to their thickness.

What does the production line consist of and how is the production process?Baifar begins by grading the core veneer. Then, sew the core veneer together. This process ensures a high-quality end product that meets professional standards. - Then the middle part of the core veneer products got moved to Glue Spreder Machine

Can the plywood be sanded and polished?Plywood can be sanded and polished. However, like any other wood, it is important to use the right equipment to ensure that the finish appears as desired. Individuals should start with 80-grit sandpaper to flatten the base surface before moving on to finer grinding for a smoother and more vivid polish on the wood.

What type of Core Veneer's quality do you have?We have 3 types of Core Veneer that is A, B, C core, it will depend on the order to be able to get good or bad core quality for the board depending on that.

Is Plywood Hardwood or Softwood?Plywood utilises both hard wood and soft wood species, allowing you to pick depending on your personal preferences.
